Delete your account
You can permanently delete your account from inside the iPhone app.
Delete from the app
Open Account settings, choose Delete account, confirm with your current password, and approve the final warning. You do not need to contact support to complete deletion.
What is deleted
Within 24 hours we remove your account, email address, Only me events, personal dashboards, reminders, memberships, uploaded personal media, device tokens, and active sessions.
Shared household data
Shared events, tasks, recipes, meals, and lists remain available to other home members, with your attribution removed. If you are the only member, the entire home and its shared content are deleted.
Timing and backups
Active systems are cleared within 24 hours. Encrypted backups age out according to the hosting retention schedule and are used only for disaster recovery.
